The general form

What the structure holds is a shape. The shape is what makes it general.

The form is in the distribution

That shape is a property of the distribution. It recurs wherever a few names carry the many, and the structure is built to hold it.

Held together

Held one name at a time, a heavy tail is a gamble on which name runs. Held together, each name's downside is isolated beneath the surplus the curve produces, so no single name can break the whole. The move from gamble to asset is structural: it follows from the shape, not from what the names are known for. The same structure is general to a class of human-capital assets: a class that is vast and unmarketed.

The operated instance

Its first operated instance is the revenue of KPOP IP. That is where the form has been operated and settled, not the boundary of where it holds.

General form, specific operation

The form is general; each operation is specific. Which assets it holds in operation follows from what has been built and settled, and this document describes one. That the same structure can hold that class is a property of the distribution, not a plan.
